I have a 10 gallon salwater tank that I am starting and just tested the water levels. My levels are Ammonia-.50, Nitrate-40, Nitrite, .25 and pH-7.4. What can I do to get the levels to where they need to be to put fish in?

sounds like you're in a cycle I'd just sit on it for a couple weeks and test it again.

Like someones quote as their signature not sure who. "Nothing good happens fast in a Saltwater Aquarium" I have been letting my fish tank cycle for the past 4-5 weeks. My water parameters are much better.
