    I kinda went overboard with my lights. I have a 130 reef tank setup and just added 2 250 MH 12000 kelvin,also actinics are 4x54. So i have about 716 of watts pumping in there.( I had to add a chiller being here in florida and all.

    watts per gallon tells you nothing. i have 2 watts per gallon and my tank is SPS dominant.

    That fixture will be fine. Watts per gallons is only good for T12 and T8 lighting not T5HO.
