Wave Machine?

    I am setting up a reef in a 90 and looking for a good solution for waves or current flow. up to $500

    well 500 dollars gives you a plethora of options. if you want waves this is probably the best option
    Tunze Nano Wavebox 6206
    if you want waves with more function i recommend powerheads hooked up to a wave timer

    Or just buy a vortech powerhead,best darn water movement device invented.

    If you want random movement for your 500 range, I would say the Vortech would be a great solution, or you could go with a Tunze setup with controller, or the Korilla controllable with controller.

    i would go with the reefkeeper elite if you dont already have a controller. This will act as a wavemaker also.

    the vortech may be a good decision but a wave box is hella cool.

    Is that wavebox something you made sostoudt???

    If your going to put PH's in the tank there is nothing that can beat a Tunze in flow...JMO

    I am most likely going to be running the Tunze wavebox on my 200 eventually. Not really that expensive at all if you compare it to closed loop or the powerheads needed for larger tanks.
