    I never used that particular one - But I love the wave in general and think its worth the investment.

    It's one of the easiest way to achieve a circular pattern from your outlet. It is easy to install and it is not expensive. A good deal for smaller tanks.

    are they big enough for a 4x2x2? think it holds around 400liters...

    It sounds like it should work but that does not sound like a lot of flow for a 4x2x2 tank. You probably want at least 8000 liters per hour of flow in the tank and that's on the low end IMO. Lots of people shoot for 30x to 40x the tank volume in overall flow.

    What are you planning on keeping in it for coral, if any?
