I have a "65 gallon", more like 55 in the DT, but 3 feet long. The MP10 does wonders.

I also have the return pumps from my RSM. There's a back "sump" area, with a 640 GPH and 320 GPH pump, on on either side of the tank. I also have 3 Koralias, 1 x 240 and 2 x 425, that I added to the tank, which are all constantly turned on. So, 2050 GPH of flow before the Vortech, which is on reef lagoon mode, variable from lowest speed to 3/4 speed.

But the Vortech is by far my favorite, and I'm going to add another MP10 on the other side at some point.

I have the quad jbj on my 135 with 4 evo's running with 2 up top and 2 along the back. the top of my tank is mostly sps while the bottom is lps. With all 4 pumps running my lps getting blown around a bit too much, but with the alternating currents they do better. The jbj quad has 2 timers so my left top and right bottom alternate every 30 sec while the right top and left bottom change every 20 sec. the only issue is if you unplug the jbj for feedings or if the power goes out then you have to reset the timers, which isn't a big deal, just not ideal. I actually still have too much flow for the lps so i put the 2 bottom koralias on hardware store timers and plugged that in to the jbj, so they only turn on 1/4 of the time instead of 1/2 the time. It works.
