I've had 3 good experiences and 1 bad.2 problem free orders,1 had light bulbs that were broken(they replaced them free of charge).and the 1 bad experience I was asking them for help deciding on either the apex full or lite.they told me the only difference was the length of aquabus cables.I orderd the lite and discovered the difference very quickly.i n order to send it back I had to pay shipping back aswell as shipping for the full apex to me. Definite poor customer service. I will order from other vendors even if it costs alittle more....besides most vendors price match

It's not there you have to pay shipping back that's there policy.
