I decided to pick up a sun coral this weekend, And realizing how much a challenge they can be to feed, I have devised a plan. I drilled a hole in a small ziplock tupperware container to fit the tip of my turkey baster in to feed a few hours after lights out. It would be much easier If I could weight this thing down somehow and then just leave it in place like a dome for 10 mins or so without having to hold it. I was thinking a ring of lead tape around the outside rim. Any suggestions, is lead safe to use for 10-15 mins every few days?

I wouldn't use a metal. Do you have something like a porcelin or glazed coffee cup that would work, or a small tuberware you can fill with water and cap it (to give it the weight to stay put) that you could use instead? I know that those are odd suggestions, but it's the morning.;) (Soooo not a morning person):)

Do not use any form of metal (tape or otherwise)!

How 'bout a couple of shot glasses? ;)

You could make a donut ring to fit with the mix you would use to make homemade rock
just remember to cure it before you use it.
