So I have recently put in a dimond goby and a green chromis and now my fire fish has gone AWOL. I know that they can jump but there is no body around tank. The other possibility is he is hiding out but he is not in his usual spot. Then again if he jumped out of tank maybe my weinner at him. I just wish I knew what happend. I am hoping he is scared and found a good hiding spot.

i had a firefish who got bullied when a yellow tang was added. he stayed under some rocks for an entire week appearing maybe 2 times

he started loosing weight fast, cause he was not eating, and eventuly the hermits found him.

fire fish are so non-aggressive that they will hide in there little bolt hole , and allow themselves to be eaten alive, over coming out and defending themselves.

found dead body of fire fish. He jumped when I added my chromis and dimond goby. He did make a 3 point shot. I found him in a used water dish that I had in bottom of tank. must have jumped out the back of tank and landed in dish. woe is me

My firefish is the only one that tends to hide out in the back of the tank. Sometimes he comes out front... but no one really bothers him. Beautiful fish. Sorry for the loss.
