    Does anyone know what these weird Antenna like things are? Left side of the pic just above mushroom are best visible. Some also sticking out of the small tub in center of pic.

    If they are coming from a tube, it is a vermetid snail.

    They can be a nuisance and sometimes irritate nearby corals. They are usually not a big problem. You can put a dab of superglue gel over the tube to get rid of it.

    Looks like a "cirratulid" to me, also known as a "spaghetti worm". Kind of hard to say from the picture though.
