I like it. I'd let it live, at least until I knew what it ate. Chances are it feeds on some cnidarian, but not necessarily anything that you greatly value (although it might). The guys in this family aren't really generalists, with the number of prey species being limited, or singular. It's not like it's going to eradicate a dozen species of corals in your tank.

    Cool critter. Cheers,

    Don

Well I don't have any coral in my tank right now so i have no idea what it's feeding on. I can't find it again anyway.
which family is that? do you know name of this particular nudi. I'd like to read up on it.

It should be a nudibranch in the superfamily/suborder Aeolidina. I can't see enough of the details to try to make a specific guess, but the bright coloration eliminates most of the family options outside this superfamily. I'm on dialup for the rest of the weekend, so it would take a few hours for me to sift through, but you might want to go to this page and scroll down through the species and see if you can find it (suborder Aeolidina is about 80% of the way to the bottom):

The Sea Slug Forum - Species List

Yours appears to be a juvenile, so keep in mind that the juvies will usually be similar in coloration, but the cerata will be less dense or fewer in number.

    Cheers,

    Don
