Weird green algae/slug thing

    Sorry picture is blurry. Too small to really see on camera(3mm is biggest one)
    It look like a lime green leaf with one red dot at the front or end and a little spike also.
    Very small and multiplies quickly.
    I hope it's not a pest or something.
    HELP NEED ID!!!

    Sounds like a Convolutriloba flatworm, which spread very quickly but can be siphoned out during water changes and in due time they should dissapear.
