First video is of it retracting into the rock like how my feather duster goes back into its tube. Second Video is of this thing coming back out of the rock. Not sure what it is but [I'm just going to call these arms not sure what they are] it's arms will individually roll back up towards the rock like they caught something to eat. Very weird, I'm hoping someone knows what this thing is and hoping that its not anything bad because it does look very cool IMO lol. These were taken with my iPhone since the camera was dead so it's charging and when thats done I will take better videos. Sorry for the whiny cat's they're buggin me to fill up their food bowl lol.

I think I saw a cucumber once that had apendages like that, but I'm not positive. I'll look around to see if I can find a pic.

Not entirely sure. I don't know much about cucumbers, just remember seeing the pic. You're better off finding someone that knows more about them than me. Glad I could help with the ID though.

thanks! I was surprised how good the camera is on the iphone 3gs. I can touch an area on the screen to focus better on certain areas and sometimes it lightens it up before I take the picture.

they never come out of the rock. those types of cucumbers stay in place for life and stay pretty small. they do not crash tanks either like the larger ones
