Weird love triangle?Evolved,is my wrasse crazy?

My meleagris leopard wrasse thinks it's a clown!This fish resides in the same hairy mushroom as my clowns and never leaves their sides.Now after lights out,she will go to bed in the sand,but when the lights come back on,there she is,right between the two clowns all day with the exception of a little pod chasing here and there.

The clowns are matured with a dominate female,however,there is no,none,nada one ounce of aggression going on and this has been this way for several weeks now.

Not the best,but a few shots of them in the same place I always find them.Huddled around that little shroom on the sand that they all call home.

 

Hmmmm how odd.

Following for an explanation for this curious behavior.

Maybe you need to get that wrasse another wrasse. LOL

 

My YT and chromis are best buddies, the YT brings the chromis seaweed and the chromis bullies other fish away from the YT. I love the friendship.

I think ya just have a smart wrasse that knows once those 2 get a little bigger, he'll have 2 body guards

 

Even science can't always explain individuals behavior...

Strange things can happen. iBluewater had that story not long ago about the Large Angel residing in a large carpet nem, imitating the clowns behavior.
