weird octopus thingies

okay so i have a 30 gal sw tank and i notice like 5 little things that look like octopus they have an orange or pink membrane and 8 legs and a clear outside that looks like a jelly fish and i just bought a carnation coral can any one tell me what they are???????? thanx.

 

8 legs sound to me like an octopus but. 5 of em'.... I doubt it's that. Some pics would help a bunch.

A picture would definitely help. Can you return the carnation coral? I ask because it is one of the most difficult corals to keep alive as they are non-photosynthetic and require a lot of feeding to live.
