Weird pimple spot on yellow tang

Hi. I have a yellow tang that recently got this weird pimple near the bottom center of it's body. It doesn't look like black ich to me from the pictures I"ve seen, but I could be wrong. I've very concerned for it. My nitrates are a bit high at the moment, but I just added some chaeto to try to help with that. Can you guys reconize what this is? Thank you

yeah, he is a little beat up. This tang was given to me with my tank. He had a puffer in it a while ago and it nibbled off it's top fins. His face was very pale a couple weeks ago, but i did some water changes and got some nori to feed him and he's slowly turning back to yellow. I just hope this spot isn't black ich and hope it's nothing serious. He seems to swim and eat normal, so I'll keep an eye on him.

 

Well any time there swimming and eating like normal that's a very good sign. Just give it plenty of veggies and probably some vitamin/garlic soaked foods and it should recover well.
