Weird see through things on YUMA

    My yuma was nice and wide. I fed my sun polyps and I noticed the Yuma curl up a bit so i figured it was eating? I took pics and i'll upload them soon. I saw these tiny jelly like things going over my yuma. it's weird ... i hope the pics can help ID what these are.

    They kinda look like flatworms to me... What type not sure...

    Im going to side with Red on this, looks like a flatworm 2 me, google saltwater flatworm and see what you get, if it is, your going to have some problems,

    I did...kinda similiar. but then again the ones on google are not see through. This is the first time I seen these things!!!!!!

    they could be a stomatella as well, check that, do they have almost like a shell on the back? or are they completely flat with no hump

    sadly i have to say it looks like a see through flat worm.... did you click on the picture i posted? you can zoom in real good. doesn't look like stomatella at all :(

    Oh man, im sorry to hear that, do you dip your corals before you put them in?? i would get something to fight it ASAP, and make sure you start doing coral dips when you purchase new coral, start tomorrow if you can, b/c they can reproduce by the thousands in a few days
