Weird water params...???

    These aren't weird parameters anyway. By tonight, your Nitrites are likely to be zero again. Nitrospira bacteria have a very fast reproduction rate.

    That isn't denitrification. That's Oxygen being produced by cyanobacteria.

    Yes....anytime you start adding bioload to your tank, you're going to see a very small spike in Ammonia and Nitrite. Then the bacteria population will grow and that small spike will disappear quickly. That's because there is no such thing as a "cycled" tank.....There is the "initial cycle"....however, after that, the Nitrogen cycle continues 24/7/365.
