I decided to check my paremeters, after 48 hours of having the skimmer on.

    My results:

    Ammonia: 0
    Nitrite: 0.05
    Nitrate: 10
    ph: 8.6
    Alkalinity: about 1.6

how long will it take for all of my tests to go to 0

takes awhile before nitrate goes down, but as soon as nitrite hits zero, you can add first livestock.

i was on the same time frame as you, and the first fish i added were two blue-green chromis, they are still around today, so i think you should be fine IMO.
