    just sold my 3 gal deco reef tank. sold it in 2 days...got $200 for it, so i dont think i did to bad. maybe lost a couple of bucks. but thats not why we are in this hobby. it will be a couple of months before i will be able to start another tank when i move home.

    To get $200 for a 3 gallon tank is probably the best dollar to gallon ratio ever for a used tank.

    Not if he sold it stocked. If you think about the sand, LR and live stock it may not be the best gallon to dollar ratio. I do believe though that a 3 gallon tank can't be super expensive to stock, so It does sound like a good deal for JM's.

    JM, what do you have in mind for your new tank? Have you decided on a size?
