    took my daughter out and she got all the goodies.people were giving out those big $1.00candy bars.i do remember it being a bigger holiday though.

    i always wonder if the homeless people in richmond go around trick or treating
    its a good way to get a free meal
    and if there lucky maybe they will hit the old lady that gives out pennies
