My parents only had about 6.. But where they live the houses are about a mile apart or more...

Halloween this year cost me about 25 dollars, not counting the costumes... My 5 year old stepped in a pile of dog crap a the size of a elephant turd.. Damn turd stuck like superglue. It chased him around for like 8 houses. Then jumped on the side of his other shoe.... Another pair of shoes in the trash... LOL.... Even snapped a pic...LOL..

No one came to our house either. Alot of places we took the kids to stated "We do not do Halloween, that's for the anti-christ" .. yet our LDS neighbors had plenty of candy to give out.....

    jeesh..
I remember running around when I was a kid. We had a 4wheeler and would pile up on it and drive all around town with 3 or 4 pillow cases .. When we got home, we would have all of them full and stay up all night watching charlie brown ..

what's up with people?!?!? I miss my halloween!!!

We almost ran out of candy here (had to save at least a handful for me and Roger)! :) We had a steady stream of kids from 6:00 until I shut the light off at 8:30.

wow guess it really depends on local, etc.

We had between 130-160 kids come by... went through about $75 worth of candy.....
Or in better term 2-3 nice fish or corals worth.....

    :)

But lots of cute costumes and we slept well knowing there were so many spiderman's in the neighbourhood...

We had about a dozen groups. Every single one had parents in tow. We didn't do halloween growing up (JW) but I do now that I'm on my own. So for me, it's always been like this - low turnout.
