    Im workin on it.. Lol....

    I figuring this camera out:p.

Some pics of the lights / skimmer and HOB. i even put a power head with hydor rotator in a small overflow box.Works like a charm to keep fish outa the 300gph intake and also skims the top left half of tank. The main recirc overflow on the right side houses my 500gph Recirc pump/200watt heater / Refuge Micro pump 100gph and Skimmer. My sand bed is 3" in front and as much as 6" in the rear with low spots for caves and such.

I will be getting more fish down the road but will most likely wait till i can buy a 90+gal and then the real fun begins.

A few macro shots and how this tank is set up.
I use no under tank sump just a 14" x24" refuge HOB and run carbon 24/7 wich is changed once a month. Oh and i add 1/8th teaspoon of turbo Calcium along with 1gallon of fresh Di water (Daily).

Ha , i have a shot of my Purple stripe(pursudochromis) thought was a royal grama all these years.;D

    thank you

I figured out why my pics are so blue..

Last week my (12k t5 )bulb went out .

o instead of buying a 12k,, i just put a spare 460blue in place of it (giving me 4x460nm) thats why it was so blue,, instead of running ( 3x460nm and 1x12k ) acent the XM20k)..

I never realized HOW STRONG the T5 12k bulb was compared to three 460blue t5's untill looking at my pictures.
    So now i have 3x460 + 1x12k.. Much better.

My lighting Hours are simple and i keep the same times even when daylight savings comes around ,, i do not change the hours.

2x460nm T5 wakes the tank and then another set of two T5's 1x460 and 1x12k is miday and then a XM20k 175 for high noon. Three on off times seems to work decent fo me.

11hrs on first set t5's Dusk till dawn, 9hrs on second set T5's Brunch to mid afternoon. 8hrs on Halide.

So here come some pics of the Exact Color of my tank.
    Camera is Somewhat adjusted too.
    It makes Big differance.

I tried to go for the deep shelf look with dark blue and sun ray accent. I think it somewhat looks more realistic this way. I really dont like the all bright white or too windexy look. Its kinda in between the two light spectrums,, alittle of both.

    P.S.
Yup im Another Bay Area local......
