my 125 has been cycling for almost a week now and i have had a few people interested in trading me various things for my left over live rock. the most appealing so far is a guy that says he can build me a sump or refugium to fit under my stand.

i have a wet dry hooked up now and would like to keep it and add something to it, but what would be best? do i go for a small refugium and try to squeeze my skimmer into a compartment, or just go sump to add water volume and have plenty of room for heaters / ATO / and my skimmer? what would be best for a FOWLR that will probably have a pretty big bio load?

    thanks,

    ~Will.

nope, i got a marineland 100 for its small footprint . . . it was the beefiest skimmer i could find that would fit in my wetdry with the return pump. i'm sure i'll have to upgrade it later, but i'll see how it goes for the time being.
