what 40 gallon predatory fish should I have

I am wanting to start up a new 40g tank but I am not sure on what I want to put in there. I was thinking of a couple different options to center the tank around but I do need ideas to go with what I am centering the tank around. Option 1 is a Yellow Fuzzy Dwarf Lionfish, Option 2 is an Angler Fish (would a mantis bother the angler fish?) And option 3 is an octopus tank. Please feel free to post what fish would go well with each, and I know octo's cant have fish with them, but option one and two can have fish with them.

 

By the way I am looking for interaction as well as lots of movement in the tank, I know lionfish kind of perch in the water and on ledges as well as the angler and octopus hide and dont swim around a lot but thats why I am centering the fish around that idea and am having you reply with what fish can go with them.

based on that statement I would say go with the octopus. when its not afraid of you it will become a playful trouble maker.
