O.K. how about we get back on topic now shall we? It was an honest mistake. There is a big difference between being dishonest and thrifty.

Looking forward to the O.P.'s new pics.;)

The anemone looks very nice! Congrats on the birthday present! I want a RBTA once I get my new tank up and running. They are so pretty! As an aside, do you have clowns? If so, what kind and have they shown any interest in the nem?

Isn't that always the way of nems... lame! Some people have luck placing them where they want them and staying there, not my experience.

I do have two clowns. One is an ORA Snowflake and the other is an ORA Misbar Black. I got them with the intention of hopefully having them spawn and trying to raise the fry in the future. They have not taken an interest yet but they hang out on the front glass and the nem is hidden under the rock and facing the back. :/ It's better for the time being since clowns can stress new nems but I hope they find one another in the future.

Very cool, I am desperate to pop a pair of black and whites in my tank with my orange and white clowns, just not too sure if they would all get along in there ?
If I have a big BTA would all 4 clowns hang out in it ?
Would by emporer angel eat the BTA if the clowns were in there ?

From what I know, the most clowns you want to have in most recreational tanks is two. While juveniles they will be okay together but once they grow up, they become very territorial. If two were to host a BTA, I'm sure that they would keep the other two far away.

As for the emperor, I am not sure.

With the size of your tank scuba (the 300 correct?), I would think you could do two pairs of clowns. The black and whites are on the less aggressive side as far as clowns go.

I don't know the answer on the emperor but I would think the BTA's natural sting and such would prevent it from being eaten - just a guess on that one.

Yes she is 350 gallons, I just picked up 2 of the most cute little B&W clowns I ever saw :) ahhhhhhhhhhh. LoL
I know I'm a old softie but they are just too cute.
I am going to black out the tank and add them, then let the lights come on naturally tomorrow morning, the other 2 clowns only got in this tank on Thursday night so they are still getting used to it too.
    Fingers crossed.

Sorry, Didn't know you had such a large tank. lol. I am use to my 60 gallon. Hoping to upgrade in a year or so to a 125. But 300 is big. In a tank that size you should be fine with a more than a pair.

Clowns do not pair up like other fish although that is a possibility. In the wild it is not uncommon to find 4 or more Clowns using the same host. When this happens you will have 1 female 1 male and 2 or more that can change to female or become the alpha male if something happens to the first two. It is still a crapshoot though as it is hard to tell if they have already turned female or not.:-/
Clowns can change from male to female but not female to male. The more females present the more trouble you could have.
