I'm excited for you Cheryl. I will have a nem as well and bounce between a carpet and a bubble tip. I agree to getting it in the tank as soon as possible and let it find it's home will give you a better chance of success.

I dare you to go find that post or thread. :p No seriously.

Hmmm I don't remember being one of those members that sets arbitrary dates like 6 months, 12 months. If your a new hobbyist then yeah best option is to wait, but I think waiting 6 months to put anemones is not realistic for some.

It's not my first Carpet and a nano.

A tank with two Clowns and a Carpet is enough for me.

And this Acropora solitaryensis (not my piece), very similar to Efflo. Give it a try, I have always wanted to, it is a tabling acropora.

Sooooo I'll get to give the lighting some testing, acclimation mode seems like a good place to start.

Julian Sprung most love me, today I got the nano mag float, parts a/b and two fishes coral dip. Ordered some Chemipure as well.

    Thanks Vinny,

Yeah I like all the Montipora Digitata, they can be forgiving and they hold their color fairly well, oooo purple. Now the Solitaryensis, I have just been seeing it around on sites. Being that it's a tabling and I want to figure out how to acclimate to LED I figured I would not burn the crap out of a tabling, we will see. I have seen some really nice blue tipped pieces.

Very nice Cheryl. I just got a small Australian Solitaryensis frag from a friend of mine for safe keeping. He started it out under high light and I did the same. Only had it about two weeks and it's doing great.

Love tabling acropora, my favorite. You would think I would have a species that does. I guess my deathly red plant frag counts.
