    I like the neoprene idea but have never used it.Just simple styrofoam/thin insulation or dynamat are good alternatives depending on the stand.

    You can order neoprene sheeting off amazon but ashley and I ended up finding yoga mats for a decent price and used that for hers. Just something for extra dispersion of point force on those rimless panes. A lot of tank builders don't even require it anymore these days. Grats on the official build thread.

    humm we seem to be lacking pics. Even an empty tank is exciting to us reefers. How did the leak test go.

    Off work for 1 day at least. The tank will have water in it.

    I promise silly build images, update on skimmer type. Nope Alex I am not going to drill the tank now,o_O.

    I put a piece of a type of mat (black) used under and on top of desk, it works.

    Looking at power heads now, I am probably just do the Hydor if the LFS does not sell WP20, a 40 would just be too much I think.

    Lights, yeah if I do not break under impatience I am going to try to do one of DIY racks, and I am going to try to run both fixture, maybe just midday lighting with the ATI T5. Trying for Friday.

    Boy oh boy I went to the local box/pet store today, I love having one local but damn, on line prices mucho better.

    Lastly we have water.
