    Take your time in the move if you can. Is the new tank going in the place of the JBJ?

    Oh yes, same stand, everything is the same. Skimmer fits in the back, lighting, MP it's just a straight across. Tanks are almost identical but the 30 has duel returns, the tank is 7.5 inches taller.

    I made all the new water today, so it'll be ready to go.
    Did a small water change (without sticking my hand in the tank) to lessen the shock, changed out phosban and charcoal,

    I am using all the same water and rock (adding some rock). Almost went with black sand but decided not to. My sand is pretty clean seeing as I vacuum it and it's a shallow bed.

    The new tank is a JBJ 30 Rimless, same tank just 10 more gallons.

    I have a lot of good mediums with a lot of good bacterial growth. I have planned.

    I am a little nervous, but it'll be ok.

    So when do you start the new thread/tank?
