I have been waiting for a delivery for the last week now and am having the same dreams since I am thinking of pulling the trigger on a controller as well.

    Waiting is cruel and heartless.

    What controller did you get?

Actually the Hydra LED fixture requires it's own little controller. You set the timers, intensity and mode. This controller is much easier than the apex type of controller.

 I am so hopped up after playing with the new toys, I bet I'll be restless again tonight.

    I know right....:D:):D:)

I have figured out a lot of the settings. Makes a big difference in the look.

Now I understand why some hobbyist request "can I get a day light image" with LEDs. A lot of hobbyist like a really blue setting, it might make the corals "pop" but the coloration of the tank over all does not transfer well in most images, in my opinion only. I really think the ATI T5 will add a lot.

Just two shots from this am. Since it's 4:39 am and I am up fiddling with stuff on the tank already. Oh noooooo Cheryl is not excited in the least. Last two shots of an empty tank. Next there will be life, not fish life but life.

Going to do some testing today and a 5 gallon water change.

    Hi Kevin,

I am going with the Blue Carpet, Pink Skunk clowns, a clam or two. Three or four sps, I want a Granulosa, another Millepora probably blue and some red Digitata and probably an Efflo for tabling.. And two or three LPS, Micromussa, Blasto and a Chalice. That is my plan and I have been shopping, and know where I am getting the stuff. The clams are going to come from DD, the Carpet from a site Chris Adams gave me in another thread.
