Ok i am going to purchase this overflow box and i need to know what adapter i need to hook up vinyl tubing to the bulkhead where the water will flow out of the overflow box and travel to the sump.

Im getting the PF Nano Overflow and they say that the bulkhead is 1". I assume i will need some adapter like this
    FPT x Insert Adapters
    Am i correct?
If i get the 1"x1" Female adapter, will that work will the the 1" bulkhead?
Also what are the best types of clamps for vinyl tubing?

Yes that is correct. Use one on the overflow then clamp to your vinyl hose. I use regular metal screw clamps from Home Depot. Do not overtighten.8)Aquarium Plumbing: Stainless Steel Hose Clamps
Make sure you put some silicone on the threads or use teflon tape.

Your LFS should have the fluval tubing in clear or black.;)

Lowes or HD. Will be cheaper than any LFS prices.

I would just get 1 1/4" ID tubing and put it on the outside of the bulkhead. The barbs on the bulkhead are sometimes different than the adapter. This causes a leak.

Yup. Bring the bulkhead with you to make sure the tubing fits and buy a metal clamp for it. It will be snug.
