What am I doing wrong?

I have been trying to attach pics to my posts or create a photo gallery on my profile but for some reason it acts like it starts to upload the pics then nothing happens. When Ive tried to attach a pic to a post it asks me for a url. How do I upload a pic from my pc using a url? Not possible is it? Someone help me?

 

After you hit post reply, hit the paper clip and attach the picture that way. Make sure you down size your picture (change the pixels) so it will be under the recommended size. See if that works, it's how I do it. You won't see the picture until you send the reply. If you hit the paper clip again you will see your attachment.

well I found the problem ....I have to change my pic sizes..they will not upload
