OK, my order from Tangster came in today. I get to play. I have test kits, I have a Mag 9, I have a denitrator, I have an ETSS. Since my tank is down for the count and the silicone is still curing, I am going to work on my sump. Life is good.

I actually talked to Tangster on the phone regarding this. I needed a powerhead and just told him to set me up with what he thought was best. His comment on the Mag 9 was that it might need to be dialed down a bit. Now this is an old style ETSS. It is not new. So things may have changed over the years. And you are right......it is a beast. I am very happy with the footprint....I was a little concerned with space. Not anymore.

Nice skimmer and sharp looking denitrator. When tangster says something I just do it and dont ask questions since I know he is going to be right.

Pretty much. I'm not going to argue with him. I'm just appreciative of all the help he has given me (all of us really). Seems we all really go out of our way for each other. OMG I think it's time for a cyber group hug!!!! I am going to stop. My testosterone is dipping, or my estrogen is rising. I cannot tell, but it is uncomfortable.

    Group hug!!! :cheesy:

I think you might want to hope its a dip in testosterone and not a rise in estrogen. Might want to supplement with some diy, woodworking, or plumbing that should get it back to normal levels.;D

Or you can go dig a hole, drive some nails, or play with a torque wrench. The torque wrench always does it. Worst case scenario, chop some wood, or better yet, use a chainsaw.

    :)
