Besides garlic, what are other good nutrients and food additives that I can soak my fish food in to help heal my fish and make it healthy? What are the best products?

    Thanks.

I really don't "feed" my fish. They gobble up what I try and feed my corals. I use selcon & brightwell vits. usually on dehy krill, coral frenzy. I also feed frozen mussels, mysis & cyclops.

I am with GuitarMan, are their colors faded or do they have an unhealthy appearance to them in any way?

If you are using a good assortment of foods and your fish look great, you don't need to add anything IMO.

Also garlic isn't so much for nutrition as it is to encourage fish to eat. So if they are eating normally I wouldn't use it. If they are sick and not eating well I would say go for it, but otherwise its not needed.

The clown has Brooklynella and I just want to give it all it can have to get healthy with the Formalin baths you know? I ended up getting Zoecon because they didn't carry Selcon. Something about the bottles being too small and people stealing them lol I dont know.

Anyway, I am alternating between frozen mysis and brine every other day and the occasional flakes being mixed in also. Just today I picked up some live brine shrimp to help vary it also and I have lots of copepods everywhere in my tank I see the fish gobble up.

I just want to most healthy fish I can have and the prettiest and happiest they can be.

Also, I thought garlic helped boost their immune system?

I've read that brine doesn't really have any nutritional value. I'd recommend trying Rod's Food. It's pretty much all I feed. I don't use vitamins or supplements or flake food. Just food with good nutritional value.

I think that's just a myth. It encourages fish to eat which is a good thing. If your fish are already eating I don't think it has any benefit.
