What are some of the best reef safe fish?

    there is no tang thats minimum size tank is less than 75 gallons.

    not a few years, at most one year. it depends on the size you buy it at. and you never know what your situation may be when it outgrows the tank so its safest just to not get one. and a 40 gallon tank is only about 3 feet long. way to short for any tang.

    a 1 foot tang needs at least a 5 foot tank. and thats pushing it.

    yea tanks looove to swim. Im probably going to stick with angels

    watch out, they sometimes will pick at your corals, no tang should ever be kept under a 4ft tank except yellows

    no full grown tang should be kept under a 4 foot tank. but many tangs can be kept in 4 foot tanks while not full grown such as yellows koles bristletooths.

    yes yes I know angles are notorious for nipping. I think I will hold off on any type of tang until I can get a huge 125 gal. I can refrain for the best interest of the fish. And I think yellow tanks need just as much swimming space, and shouldn't be kept in anything under 70 gal.

    yes but tangs grow superf fast so I wouldnt risk putting any size tang in one undr 4 ft, plus it stresses them out being in such a small tank
