Yes - I would say that most LFS will have nori sheets.

My sixline LOVES the stuff - he waits for the Tomini tang to start pigging out and the little sixline picks up the scraps!!! Lovely show.

In your guys exp, with the Flame angel does he nip at Polyp corals as well?

Curious because he is one of my favorites but want to do a majority of corals.

I have had a flame angel for 3 months that never seems to bother corals - they do nip at everything IMO - But from all the info I have gathered from others that have flames - also say Acans are not safe from them.
I find they do nip at everything but don't bother the corals - seems like they just check it out. I have had no issues with my flame. Great addition color and personality. I don't have Acans so no issues - but a good freind had to take all his acans out because they were being eaten - but his flame never bothered any other corals

So far our flame has not so much as looked at anything but rock and the food we give him.

He has not found a taste yet for corals - hopefully he never does!

This may also be an individual trait type observation - whereas a flame that started to eat corals will continue to do so and a flame that never did - may never.

Interesting to see the color variation among flames.

Looks like your's has a very nice golden/yellow rear side to it Saintsfan - our flame is a bit more orange on the sides with less yellow - from what I understand it is the region they are harvested in/originating from that determines the details of their body markings/color.

Either way - I agree they they are fantastic fish!!!

yeah i thought i noticed mine had a little different variation to it.. i got mine from ORA, and they promised it has been proven to be reef safe, for the most part, but they could have just been BSing, but we do alot of business with them so maybe they did tell the truth... 100% agreed, def a great fish, and gets alot of attention when people are over hanging out..
