What are these? I'm thinking sponges

    Just set up new tank a few weeks ago. I used my live rock from 1 of my old tanks and I noticed these on my old LR. Pretty cool looking. What do you think?

    imo dont think its a sponge, has it moved at all?

    it could be a white sponge, but thats just my guess from the picks.

    how do you get such of good close ups? mine always get blurry

    I agree it looks like a sponge, I once had one but it had a greenish tint to it.

    casio exilim 10mp set to macro. Have to keep camera perfectly still. Helps if you take multiple pics until you get a good one.

    1st photo looked like sponge but the others make it look like maybe a squirt colony.idk now
