What are these please?

    I cant tell what these are. They just started to open up a little. Kind of a pink color.
    They look different then an aiptasia.

    The joys of live rock... I don't know, but it looks like cinnamon polyps. Just watch it to see what happens.

    well it is some kind of polyp. My guess is Clove Polyp, even though its probably wrong, but my clove polyp looks like that when i turn on the lights in the morning

    Should I have my MH lights running for these? I have them off and just running my 2 RO florescents 10k and actanic.
    I don't have any real corals in the tank yet. (unless these are!)

    Don't mind the Aiptasia in the picture. I cant get rid of them yet!
    It may be hard to tell but they are growing on and around an old piece of epoxy. Maybe there was something there before and there coming back out?

    those look exactly like what i have

    i have them under PC lighting, and it does great. mine fluoresces green when its open

    Those are palys for sure. No worries. Your current lights will support them fine, no need for the MH's yet if you don't want. They may retract/burn a bit once you kick them on though, depending on where the colony is in the tank.
