All of a sudden I have alot of things things growing in my tank. They are little white gel like things that grow on the rocks, near my power heads and inside my canister filter. They also look hollow down the center with hairlike things at the top. It is hard to get a pic of them because they are so small. Any ideas?

looks like you have drawn a pineapple sponge to me

I cant see on the photos to be honest
if the ID is correct, its a good thing, they are harmless filter feeders

+1 on the sponges. I don't know if they are on your power head, too, but it looks like it to me. Good filter feeders.

I agree. They're almost certainly sponges. Pineapple or otherwise, they are most likely sponges. You'll likely be seeing a lot more of them. These are nothing to be concerned about. It's a testament that your water quality is pretty good. :)

Yup, these are a good thing and shouldn't cause any concern for your tank!

Yes,...they are the same things on my powerhead. They are shaped a little different. I will try to get a better pic. They are on the glass behind my powerhead too.

This is the best pic I could get. This is the biggest one growing on the filter. Now that I look closer, I see alot more starting to grow on the rocks. Will they grow to where they will become a nusiance as far as appearance? I will probrably clean them of my powerheads and filters. Any suggestions?

Id leave them anywhere except the front glass to be honest and if you use the algae magnet /scraper at least once a week, there is not much chance of them being on the front glass

they are a good thing they are a natural filter
