Once you get your alkalinity/magensium/calcium levels up to par, your ph will stabilize. I never test for ph, only alk/mag/ca.

As for the anemone, it's definitely not a majano. I'm leaning towards aiptasia but am not positive.

The cyano may very well go away on its own. The fact that your tank is new and that you recently had issues with it may be contributing to the outbreak. Increase flow in the area as has already been suggested and reduce nitrates if you've got them. If it doesn't go away after a few weeks, use a red slime remover.

Could the first one be a type of rock anemone? I mention it because I was doing a google search on them after a couple appeared in my tank, and it looks similar to some of the pics I saw.

Other than a bit of coloration difference, it looks similar to this:

Def. Aiptasia! I had several that I didn't know what they were! I just fed them shrimp and watched them. Then when i found out what they were, i injected the suckers with regular vinegar. No more Aiptasia!

Aiptasia usually don't have multiple colors. Looks more like the pic of the rock anemone IMO.

I've also googled images of aiptasia and there seems to be different species of it.

I've seen pictures that look just like what I have, but they may be miss-labeled. I'm really not sure, but it looks very similar to the one on the Aiptasia-x video. I bought this product to kill it, just in case. I don't want to risk it. My tank is already a full time job, so no need to add anything else to it :)

    Here's the video:

That is EXACTLY like mine looks like.... I've seen other "babies" develop on the same rock and even on a rock next to it without any contact between each other. I'll just kill them and if I want any in the future I'll buy anemones that I'd like to have. This doesn't look any special to me, to tell you the truth, so it doesn't bother me to kill it. I'll do it tonight as instructed in the video. I'm eager to watch it "quickly implode" mate!
