    Ok guys,

    got 2 dullish brown thigs growing have had them foramonth or so now

    first ones the flat round brown one, the other is the anenome to the right, thinking it may be aptasia but it loos so different, couldn't get a better picture of the anenome unfortunatly.

    Any help greatly appreciated

    one on right of middle pic is aptasia the one on left is zoa

    got some kind of button polyp on the left and yes that is aptasia on the right, kill it

    i have some of the polyups on the left except my centers are green. yours may need more light to get the green tint.

    cool thanks, i have low light (130 watt) at the mo - but thats grown from nowhere my halide /leds arrive end of march so may get more colourful then,

    I'll kill the aptasia using aptasia-x - i have that 1 and 2 tiny ones,any advise on best way to use it?.

    i heard injecting works good. i have one that hitch hiked in and i am in the process of ridding it i heard hot lemon juice injected also, boiling water injected i've read to.

    Be careful handling the button polyps. They contain a very potent toxin called palytoxin. Don't ingest any or get it into an open cut. It is a good idea to use some powder-free latex or nitrile gloves.

    they are green button polyups I have a bunch of these in my tanks very nice
