I put in a piece of live rock with some clove polyps on it (I think), underneath is a large mussel, but on the top I have noticed some other things that I'm not sure of. In the first pic there is a bubble polyp growing on it that floureses - not sure if it is some sort of bubble coral or anemone?
On the second picture in between the feather duster/tube worm and the first clove polyp there is a brownish lump that looks like a mushroom polyp - but isn't, that seems to also be glowing green around the edges.
Does anyone know what these are,
I also have something weird below some of my xenia that I cant get a picture of as its almost transparent, Its like a transparent spiky ball (same shape as a spikey urchin - but looks like some sort of polyp as its attached to the rock.) at the tips of the arms/feelers there are tiny balls, the whole thing almost lights up when a torch is shone on it. Dont know what it is - thought it may have been some form of hydra or something.
Any help would be appreciated - and I'll try to get a pic of the last thing.

    interesting rock for certain

1st pic looks like a green bubble coral
2nd pic does look like a fuzzy shroom

description given sounds like a Majano nem - google it and see if the pictures match what you have in there?

Thanks for the reply steve, thought the first one might have been bubble coral, the second one isnt a mushroom as im sure its hard, and doesnt grow/shrink. I just looked at Majano's and its definatley not one of those, it looks like a a star made from loads of hair like arms with glowing tips on them, its tiny about the size of a penny.
