gotta be Nerite snail eggs, I had them all over my glass and rocks and was so confused at first. If they are, you're fine, I believe they rarely hatch or need maybe brackish water to hatch. Do you have Nerite snails in your CUC?

They seem to be all over just after you put them into your system, then the numbers drop off. You will still see eggs from time to time but not nearly as much as you did the first week or two. I think they will actually hatch but will not develop past the planktonic phase, but hey it's free fish and coral food. :)
