What are your live rock prices near you?

I saw a youtube conversation where a few people answered a question about the price of live rock. They were fairly cheap compared to mine, so i thought i would start a thread.

In wisconsin, i have only seen it for $9 per pound. and premium for 13. What's yours?

 

6.99/lb at oqcean aquatics. im pretty lucky to have 3 local fish stores

 

$8.99 here too

 

seen it up here for 12-14 a pound. called premiun but no more the plain rock with alittle macro algea on it

 

wow and i thought i had high prices. i have 2 lfs (aquatics unlimited and pet world)... i have a petco and petsmart near those as well, but their fish always have ich and don't have anything as sophisticated as live rock, so i don't consider them actual fish stores.

www.bestfish.com ... they are a pretty good store and are having their 40th year in business anniversary. last week they had 40% off marine fish and this week they have 40% off corals and inverts. me and norg are heading there in a bit, actually.

 

5.00 for reg fiji....8.00 a pound for the premium. This premium is some of the best looking rock ive seen. worth every dollar.

 

yeah, 7-13 a pound in stores.
1-4 on craigslist.

 

WOW!!!!!! on craigslist here its 2-3 a lb and at stores here its 4-6 a lb. I can have it shipped to you cheaper then you get it. I can have it dropped off for about 5-6 a lb

 

I buy mine from dallas and its 2.25 a lb! your getting taken for a ride there!

 

One store I paid 8 a lb heh I only bought 1 of those lol
at the same store it was 5 a pound and 4 if you bought 20+ pounds
another store it was 4 a lb and 3 if you bought 50 lbs
