Well, Puffer Chick, I'm pretty sure you'll find out exactly what happened with your back in about 40 or 50 years :D I can see it now...granny Puffer Chick with her back problems.

I know I'll be the old man with bad knees. I've screwed the muscles up around my knees so much, I can't do a full squat now without them popping something nasty. Stupid sports screwin' with me...

And you should see my hands. They're healed up now, kind of. But it seems like I can't go a month without having cuts, scabs, and blisters on my hands. All of those cuts and bangs and bloody things are from kayaking and rock climbing at my college. And now my job doing manual labor at a corn maze has blistered the heck out of them. I thought pole vaulting toughened my hands up (which it did), but it seems like something new screws them up again. I don't think I can feel pain on my palms...

Haha I'm not exactly accident prone...just extremely active. It comes with the territory I guess. I only told the stories to the memorable injuries :D I'm just biding my time until I break a big bone. I know it'll happen eventually. But drinking milk almost every day since day one has probably helped me out a good bit. I've taken some narley spills mountain biking before.

haha yea i'm sure i'll pay for my back injury later on.

My sister has bad knees from soccer, she ended up having surgery.

and don't even get me going about scars. With my job i get cuts and bites which lead into scars EVERYDAY! My skin takes forever to heal so i'll have an open wound for like two weeks, then turn dark and have them for years to come. My arms are basically covered in scars from cats and dogs, and it's so annoying. I've also had a cat just recently punch me in the eye and gave me a black and blue eye for a week. I have 4 bite marks from a really deep cat bite. I was sent to the ER, they made me scrub it with iodine, gave me a shot, gave me very large antibiotics for 2 weeks, and keep it bandaged and not get wet for 2 weeks. I could keep on going but it would bore you. I just have scars all over.

My worst scar was from my sister's dog, it was totally an accident and a long story, but he he scratched my face and left an nasty cut and it was all the way down my face, but thankfully it was near my ear so my hair coverd up and no one really noticed.

I have waaaay too many to list, so, I'll just share one.
I was standing at the boat getting my flip-flops out when out of nowhere, well, you get the hint.

And this tree fell feet away from me as I was stumbling around the water from the bump. Never left my feet though.

This one put a pretty good gash from just above the hairline into the forehead;D
This is a few days later. You can see the gash on my head a little. Asked my wife to marry me minutes after this pic. I still wonder if it's from the bump on my head::).

And here's a different angle of the beast.

I only went to the doctor for a work release because my neck hurt:hehe: Refused the stitches.

I will toss this out there...

My dad has some awesome scars. They're gigantic. One is a long cut that goes almost from wrist to elbow (almost) from when he ran through a glass door when he was younger. You know, the little kid who doesn't realize the door was closed because you could see through it? Well my dad must have really been motoring because he broke through the door, and the glass cut his arm. As he grew up, his skin stretched it out, and now it's hard to see unless you look for it. But it's there. He also has some nasty lines on his foot and leg from a motorcycle wreck where a car ran a red light in front of him and he T boned the car and was sent flying through the air. He doesn't have alot of scars like me, but the ones he has are awesome :p

I had a scar on my elbow that kind of looked like a goldfish (the cracker/snack) but that's disappeared. I don't even remember what did it.

I did bust my head open when I decided to slide down a pole upside down on the playground when I was like 5 at daycare. I don't know if I got a concussion from that...but I barely remember it anyways, it kind of feels like a dream, you know? Even though I know it happened. I just remember my mom telling me about it. Maybe that's what's wrong with me...I really did fall on my head when I was little. And I didn't just fall. I slid down a pole upside down onto my head. Life is good!:dizzy2:

Broke my left ankle playing basketball, then when I got released from the doctor turned around and got a 3rd degree sprain, actually have to get an MRI on it again and the original injury was 13 years ago. Partially tore the ACL in my right knee playing hockey, then tore my shoulder up late last year and had to have reconstructive surgery on it

I've never had a serious injury like the ones already posted. I'm posting this for the irony.
The only surgery I've ever needed was for a hernia. The ironic part is I got it from lifting a bucket of water for my reef tank's 1st water change. I lifted it awkwardly kind of reaching to pull it out of the container I mixed my saltwater in.
