at this point with the options you have, i'd say that since you dont have a QT tank, try a freshwater dip and/or hyposalinity. My pet shop swears by not using chemicals and using hyposalinity to remove ich.

The ich was prob brought on by stress from the transition between tanks. I would have to say from what ive read on these forums with no qt tank your best bet is health. Feed foods that are high in vitamins and garlic to trigger a feeding response. Healthy fish have a natural immunity to ich and so long as he and your other fish are eating I wouldn't stress him anymore.

I would not remove him from the tank and cause more unecassary stress, get some garlic juice and soak nori with some vitamins in it and he should work it out in due time. Pay attention to your other fish also.

heres what you do = you dont do anything. Dont try to catch it and dip it in water, dont pull it out and put it in some other tank, dont panic and buy some ridiculous "miracle fix it" solution.
SW ich is a very common parasite that inhabits most peoples aquariums and will only present itself when a fish is stressed (often from being moved or under poor water conditions). As long as it is due to the stress of the move, and not the later, your fish will recover in a week or two. Just make sure its eating well + keep the water quality up to par and your fish will be just fine.
