Tough to say in this economy, but depending on your location I would say maybe around 1500 as a package. You'll get more if parted out but it will take longer.

Orlando , fl I see 55 gallon reefs going for $750 all day long and selling I have the receipts from the guy I got this tank from he spent over 7k on this tank it would be a cold day in hell before I sold it for $1500 the lights and chiller cost over $2,000 new the live rock is from diff areas worth $8 a pound it's not reg figi rock So were at 3k plus already...economy is no excuse the reef hobby is not for poor people and if you are poor in the reef world you fail. I know you will never get for it what you paid for it but half even come on.....I was thinking more along the lines of $3500 firm

Well if you think you can get retail you fail, lol. Just because you see a 55 for sale for that much does not mean they are selling ;) Don't ask for advice if you're just going to get angry when you get it. It's worth what its worth. This stuff does not hold its value, and $1500 max is a fair going price.

i agree with pack you will not get any where nears 3500 and i highly doubt 55s are going for 750, and not for the poor? i disagree on that, i know a lot of people who dont have money who piece together systems over time.

Lol okay I guess putting thousands into the reef hobby to get pennies back is the name of the game the reef hustle huh....If I sold everything I have for 60% less then I paid Id still make $2800 so either some one cant do math or some one expects 80% off ....either way I dont get offended It's my tank I know what's into it time, money, blood. It's not selling for less then $2800
