    Like Dingo said, it was collected by a famous collector. Plus deep water fish come with a hefty price so you pretty much know how it works.

    Yeah, Fish Tank Kings owner took one of those submersible rides to build that crazy English guy a "Deep water Tank" That was pretty cool.

    Personally I think if the fish is that rare their going to put a $6000 price tag on it and I really don't care who netted it, they perhaps should leave it alone and keep it in the wild. Give me a good boat, some diving gear and lots of money and I'll go net anything they want too :D

    Again its not really who collected but how its been collected. This is a deepwater fish and I highly doubt you would be able to catch one with scuba gear as its not just as simple as going underwater netting the fish and putting it in your boat.Fish need to be decompresed just like we do.Not to mention the cost of running a submersable and the difficulty of actually catching a fast moving fish with it.Otherwise the fish wouldn't be $6000.00
