Awww, poor firefish, he's so cute! That's not right....

If I was in your position, I would grab 2 chromis. Their cheap, very docile, and honestly I just don't recommend damsels very often. My reasoning behind this, is because damsels are just little devils IMO. If you got the damsels who knows if they wouldn't team up with the clowns or what they would do, seriously those fish do not belong in community reef tanks(this is just my personal opinion though). If you get the chromis and they do not work for whatever reason, you can keep them. You wouldn't have to go fish a devil out of your tank.

what do you think about the royal gramma? my lfs used to have a bunch of chromis but now with the move they dont have anything so im stuck with getting something from LiveA

GRRRRRR! my stupid clowns! their doing it again! im so glad i have a lid, on my tank because i can tell m firefish is just dying to jump out. and all the clowns have to do is just give the poor fish a stare down and then it tries to swim away but no they also have to chase him around and nip

i am now starting to wonder if i have eggs like what was mentioned before. because both clowns keep on checking a hole thats in one of my rocks. I cant get a good look inside because the bowfront gives me a headache if i try to look. But even if i do have eggs their is still no excuse to be gaining up on the firefish
