I have decided to go coldwater on my 20 because i cant get the warmer temps to stay stable, but the cooler temps i can. The average temp on the 20 is 71-64, the highest that it gets up to is 75 so i just added a clip on fan to the tank. I dont run a heater on the tank because the temp gets up to 95 and thats with a 50watt heater. So that's why i've decided to go coldwater :D

The only coldwater fish that i know of that would fit are the Catalina gobys, does anybody else have any ideas of anything else?

yea i would LOVE seahorses that would be ideal. it wouldnt be a problem to make it a species only tank as they would be the only ones in there and low flow. I just worry about the feedings unless im able to find ones that eat frozen

I know what you should do...pay off your debt before setting up another tank...

If its already set up you should go with the goby. Would be a waste of money to not put something in it after its been set up.

yea its been up for a while now, only thing ive had in there is my flower pot but ive been looking for a fish for a while, i had other fish in mind before but since its just easier to keep it at a cooler temp ill just get a coldwater fish.

I may just get the catalina goby they do look really cute :)

do seahorses. they can get on to frozen quite easily. my lfs always has them on frozen before they are sold. MAKE SURE YOU GET CAPTIVE BRED SEAHORSES. they live longer and do nicer. but are more expensive.
