Why not just get a couple of koralias then buy a controller later on instead?

i just don't like how bulky and big the koralias are, i'll probably be putting one in my puffers 20 gallon. But i just think their bulkiness take up so much space, and i've already got a lot of equipment that's already in the tank. So after the holidays i'll try to save up and get the vortech

The controllable Koralias have different plugs that have to plug into a controller. The ones with normal plugs are best not used on standard on/off controllers.

You could always use some spare Koralias lying around for your next project though. It's also good to have backups just in case.

Hmm that's something to think about I know with the big price of the vortech I will have to wait a while to get it. So I'll look into the cheaper route with the koralias
